About the Flexus hiring process
Short answers candidates usually ask before they apply.
Do I need an open job listing?
No. We grow roles with demand. Apply with the discipline you want to own and proof of craft. If timing is off, we will say so and keep you in mind when capacity opens.
How long does the process take?
It depends on role and scheduling. When there is an active fit, we move deliberately — intro, craft step, then decision — without inventing extra rounds for theater.
Are there take-home assignments?
Sometimes, when they predict success better than trivia. We keep them realistic in scope and explain what “good” looks like before you invest time.
Where are roles based?
Flexus hires across Indianapolis relationship and strategy needs and our India delivery studios, plus remote-friendly arrangements when the role allows. Note your location preference when you apply.
